What do I do if my due date or personal details change?
You can update your brick content any anytime by clicking on the 'log in' tab found at the top of each web page. Put in your user name and Password (which you chose when you registered initially), and then your personal details will appear, click on the Save changes box. If you have registered an expected baby don't forget to come back and confirm your baby's date of birth once your baby has arrived.
I am not sure what the icons means on each brick?
Please refer to the right hand navigation panel on each web page. This provides a key explaining each icon.
How is my donation helping Great Ormond Street
Please refer to the 'How Your Money helps' button found on the right hand navigation on each web page.
Can I contact other mums?
Bricks containing an envelope icon indicate parents who are happy for you to contact them. Click on the brick displaying this icon and the brick will enlarge, then click on the envelope icon and an email template will appear for you to send your personal email. The parents email address will be hidden so it is then down to the parent to email you back with their contact details if they want you to have their personal email address.
How do I download my baby's photo onto the donation certificate?
If you click on the download your free certificate button found on the right hand navigation, full instructions will be given.
